What should we do with sex offenders?

I believe all sex offenders should be penalized determined on the degree of assault. They tend to get out of prison or jail in a short period of time. Most commonly, as soon as or within a few weeks, you usually hear about another sex offense by the same offender. The duration of their time spent in jail should be increased and they should be placed in a treatment center for a lengthy amount of time to try and correct there wrong-being and inappropriate behavior.
